Singapore will host the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix as part of the FIA Formula One World Championship from 2022 to 2028.

French do it better, so it’s the French Chef Stéphane Buron, from the restaurant « Le Chabichou », 2 Michelin stars, in Courchevel who will drive the menus of Twenty 3 of the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Grand Prix 2022, a key player in hospitality tourism and exquisite catering including award-winning restaurants, a club and a bar.

During 3 days, from September 30th to October 2nd, 2022, Stéphane Buron and his team will prepare dishes from the emblematic Courchevel’s 2 stars Michelin restaurant such as sea bass confit at low temperature, iodized emulsion, Kristal caviar or even La pomme made from small apples foie gras and smoked eel lacquered with juice, parsley sorbet.

Born in Limoges, Stéphane Buron was brought up in Lorraine. Always staying with his grandmother in her delicatessen, he spent his holidays in his grandfather’s deli meats. A destiny as a chef that was mapped out which led him from the Grand Hôtel de Gérardmer to Le Chabichou, as Michel Rochedy’s right-hand man. Since 1987, he is one of the Meilleurs Ouvriers de France (2004), Knight of the Order of Merit, member of the Grandes Tables du Monde and the Toques Blanches Lyonnaises, Toque of the Year 2021, assuming now by himself the two Michelin stars that honor this restaurant in Courchevel.

A journey from Courchevel to Singapore to be enjoyed during the Singapore 2022 Grand Prix in the exquisite dishes of Stéphane Buron.
